Red Sands Radio started broadcasting in 2007 from the Redsands Forts in the Thames Estuary. The Red Sands Radio station broadcasts to listeners in and around the North Kent Coastal towns of Whitstable, Herne Bay, Broadstairs and Margate during the Summer usually in July.
