Over 1 million dollars worth of wine has been destroyed after it fell off of a forklift truck!  That’s a pretty bad day for the driver of the forklift, so I wanted to know what huge mistakes you’ve made at work, and if you owned up to them

Alan said that when he was young he used to clean peoples cars and by accident,  scratched a Jaguar in the process!  Ouch!

I owned up that on my first day at a large company I set the fire alarm of by mistake, and did a runner!
